SICA refers to the international organization. Legally constituted national SICA organizations are the voting members of SICA and are known as SICA USA, SICA Italy, SICA Canada, etc. National Coordinators of SICA activities in countries that have no legally constituted national SICA organizations are Associate Members of SICA. Associate members fully participate in shaping the programs and agenda of SICA but do not vote.
